After my family embraced the idea “Less is More” and removed more than 10 trailer loads and 20 garbage bags of items from our home in 2014, I trained as an Interior Stylist & became a Professional Organiser to help others free themselves from the overwhelm of excess and to create the best versions of their homes - their kind of beautiful. I’m passionate about reducing waste, making money go further & creating beautiful spaces for the important things in life.

Kim Hilder has always had a passion for homes and interiors and gained experience on the side of her regular work by organising, de-cluttering and providing styling advice to friends and family.

But it was having children that was the real catalyst for her journey into living a conscious life; starting with slow living, consumer awareness and de-cluttering (mind & physical space), and then a complete revaluation of all areas in her life which no longer served her.

Kim’s goal as a Professional Organiser is to guide you to the same feelings of joy and success; by helping you to align your space and your mindset with your own goals, so your home works easily and efficiently to support you while looking its very best.

Having worked across a broad range of fields and with many different people in her career, and having spent time living in remote North West Australia, she has a strong desire to support others, is very approachable and straight forward - plus she loves a laugh.

Many years of travel and a diverse lifestyle, including multiple home locations both overseas and within Australia has given Debra a deep appreciation of cultural diversity, minimalism, and an understanding of impermanence. She has learned to create functional, yet natural, warm and welcoming spaces, working with less.

She is inspired by the harsh yet beautiful uniqueness of the Australian landscape, and the texture of the natural world inform her conceptual approach to solutions. Debra is passionate about delivering creative and positive outcomes constructed around individual client needs. She believes no matter where you are in your life process there is magnificence everywhere. Her skills and experiences allow her to work with others to see this magnificence.

Rachael McCarthy - sale

Rachael McCarthy was born in Vancouver Canada and relocated to Australia in 2010, making it her home and starting her family. Having moved 24 times in her life has taught her to live well with less; because moving many times including overseas has meant not being able to take all her things with her. She has recently worked with her partner to downsize their shared possessions, in order to relocate to a smaller family home and streamline their lives for greater ease.

Rachael has a background in Real Estate and Sales, has experience working with a family to de-clutter and get organised to present their home for sale as well as helping friends and family to do the same, and has worked with store owners to de-clutter, organise and display their products.

Her aim is to help others feel happy in their homes, guiding them to create their own sanctuary so they too can feel peace. Her generous and kind nature guides her work, and she understands the struggles of everyday life.

Kim has a passion for creating an intentional, simple life, with less. Kim’s enthusiasm will inspire you to create more room for the important things in life by removing the excess.

Kim has always been organised but after having her children, the desire for a simpler, intentional life increased. Starting small she and her husband focused on one change at a time, eventually purging their home of items they no longer needed or enjoyed. Kim and her family continue to make intentional changes to their lives to align with their values.

She then began supporting friends to remove the excess and regain their homes and their lives. She was hooked and now wants to continue to use her experiences to support and inspire others.

Kim has the ability to make a home work well and look great, creating intentional spaces that are unique for each client. With her kind, empathetic and compassionate nature and over 12 years of experience in a client focused field, Kim brings with her the ability to listen, connect, support and guide clients to achieve their goals.
